Bring your team

Paste names, shifts, and paid scheduled hours on one line per person or on separate lines. Up to 35 people per sheet.

The number after the name is ignored; TL after it identifies a Team Lead; ODTM is ignored and treated as a regular team member. Lunch is already excluded from the final hours. Applying a new roster resets individual assignments.

Set the targets

Picking hours = paid hours − paid breaks. TM unit goal = picking hours × UPH. Lunch is never deducted twice. SFS accounted units additionally subtract (SFS forecast ÷ 120) × default SFS UPH, once at team level.

How breaks are planned

Under 5 scheduled hours: one 15-minute break. From 5 through 6 hours: one break and a 30-minute lunch. Over 6 hours: two breaks and a lunch.

Lunch always starts within 4½ hours of the shift start. First breaks start at or after two hours, except when a short shift cannot accommodate that. Breaks are staggered to reduce the number of people off together; overlaps are allowed to fit larger teams. Review coverage before the shift.

If a valid schedule cannot be found, the PDF stays unavailable. Locked times never override these rules.

Your roster is sent to the server to create the preview and PDF. This tool does not save roster data. Refreshing clears your work.
